- 風險自承:使用者明確知悉攜帶寵物進入公共場所可能存在風險(包括但不限於寵物間打鬥、驚嚇、咬傷、走失、誤食異物、與其他動物接觸等),並自願承擔因此產生之一切後果。
第二條:襲擊事故處理與賠償
- 襲擊與傷害:若因任何寵物之行為(無論是主動攻擊、防衛或玩耍失控),導致其他人類或寵物受到人身傷害、死亡或財產損失,相關責任及賠償(包括但不限於醫療費用、精神損害賠償等),應由涉事寵物的主人之間自行協商解決,或依據香港特別行政區相關法律處理。本農莊概不介入。
- 本農莊免責:尊寵樂園農莊 VIP Garden 僅按現狀提供場所及設施。對於發生在本場所範圍內,任何因寵物引發的衝突、襲擊、意外或衍生的任何糾紛,本農莊概不承擔任何法律責任、賠償責任或連帶責任。
- 賠償保留:若因使用者或其寵物的行為,導致本農莊場所的設施、設備、農作物或其他財物受損,該使用者或寵物主人須承擔全額維修或賠償費用。
第三條:使用者義務
- 健康要求:使用者確保進入場所的寵物均已按規定接種有效疫苗,並處於健康狀態。正值發情期、患病、懷孕或具有明顯攻擊傾向的寵物,建議避免進入公共區域,或必須全程嚴格看管。
- 監管義務:使用者必須時刻留意及監管自己的寵物,避免其作出挑釁、攻擊或其他危險行為。一旦發現衝突跡象,應立即隔離或帶離現場。
- 清潔義務:使用者須自行清理寵物的排泄物,保持農莊環境衛生。
第四條:緊急狀況
發生任何意外或攻擊事件時,涉事各方應保持冷靜,立即將傷者(人或動物)隔離並優先進行急救處理,同時通知本農莊工作人員。
本農莊保留絕對權利,拒絕為任何不遵守規則、具攻擊性或不服從管理的寵物提供服務,並可要求相關人等即時離場,所繳費用恕不退還。

Welcome to VIP Garden (hereinafter referred to as "the Garden"). To ensure the safety and rights of all users (including both humans and pets), please carefully read the following disclaimer.
By entering VIP Garden or using its facilities, you acknowledge that you have fully understood, agreed, and consented to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth below.
Article 1: Scope of Application and Responsibility
- Applicable Parties: This disclaimer applies to all individuals entering the premises of VIP Garden, including but not limited to pet owners, accompanying friends and family, visitors, and any other persons utilizing the facilities of this premises (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users").
- Owner's Sole Responsibility: Given the unpredictable nature of animal behavior, within the premises of VIP Garden (including but not limited to indoor spaces, outdoor activity areas, parking lots, grassland, barbecue areas, etc.), the owner of each pet shall bear full responsibility for the supervision and all legal liabilities arising from their pet's actions. This applies regardless of whether the pet is on a leash or off-leash.
- Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge that bringing pets into public areas involves inherent risks (including but not limited to fights between pets, scares, bites, pets getting lost, ingesting foreign objects, or interactions with other animals) and voluntarily assume all consequences arising therefrom.
Article 2: Incident Handling and Compensation
- Attacks and Injuries: Should any pet's behavior (whether aggressive, defensive, or uncontrolled during play) result in personal injury, death, or property damage to any other person or pet, all related responsibilities and compensation (including but not limited to medical expenses, compensation for mental distress, etc.) shall be resolved through negotiation between the owners of the involved pets or handled in accordance with the relevant laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Garden shall not intervene.
- Garden Disclaimer: VIP Garden provides the premises and facilities on an "as-is" basis. The Garden assumes no legal responsibility, compensation liability, or joint liability whatsoever for any conflicts, attacks, accidents, or disputes arising from pets within the premises.
- Right to Recover Damages: If a User or their pet causes damage to the facilities, equipment, crops, or other property of VIP Garden, the User or pet owner shall be fully liable for all repair or replacement costs.
Article 3: User Obligations
- Health Requirements: Users must ensure that all pets entering the premises are up-to-date with required vaccinations and are in good health. Pets in heat, sick, pregnant, or showing significant aggressive tendencies should ideally avoid public areas or be strictly supervised at all times.
- Supervision Duty: Users must constantly monitor and control their pets, preventing them from engaging in provocative, aggressive, or other dangerous behaviors. Upon noticing any signs of conflict, Users must immediately separate the animals or remove them from the area.
- Clean-up Duty: Users are required to clean up after their pets' waste to maintain the Garden's environmental hygiene.
Article 4: Emergency Situations
In the event of any accident or attack, all involved parties should remain calm, immediately separate the injured party/parties (human or animal) to provide first aid, and simultaneously notify the staff of VIP Garden.
The Garden reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any pet that does not follow the rules, is aggressive, or is otherwise uncontrollable, and may require such individuals and their pets to leave the premises immediately. In such cases, any fees paid will not be refunded.

退款及改期政策

第一條:不設退款
本農莊不設任何退款。所有已繳付的款項,包括但不限於入場費、活動費用、燒烤套餐費用、月票等,無論任何原因,一律不予退還。
第二條:改期安排
如您因故無法於原定日期到訪,可申請改期,但須遵守以下安排:
- 改期申請:必須於原定到訪日期前 至少48小時 通知本農莊。
- 改期次數:每次預約最多可改期一次。
- 改期期限:改期後的到訪日期須於原定日期起 30天內 完成,逾期作廢。
- 差額處理:如改期後所選時段或服務價格較高,須補付差額;如價格較低,差額恕不退還。
- 未能出席:如未按規定提前通知而缺席,將視為自動放棄,不設改期及退款。
第三條:惡劣天氣安排
如遇惡劣天氣,本農莊將根據以下安排處理:
- 八號或以上颱風信號/黑色暴雨警告:如警告信號於到訪時間前2小時仍然生效,當日預約將自動取消。受影響客人可於 60天內 選擇改期。
- 三號颱風信號/紅色暴雨警告:如無另行通知,預約將如期進行。客人如因天氣原因自行決定取消,須按第二條改期安排處理。
- 其他惡劣天氣:本農莊保留因極端天氣(如暴雨、雷暴、強風等)暫停開放之權利,受影響預約將安排改期。
第四條:特殊情況
如遇以下特殊情況,本農莊可能酌情處理:
- 寵物或主人突發疾病:須提供醫生或獸醫證明,方可申請改期(仍須遵守第二條安排)。
- 本農莊原因:如因本農莊設施故障、維修或其他原因導致無法提供服務,受影響客人可選擇改期。

Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Welcome to VIP Garden (hereinafter referred to as "the Garden"). To ensure service quality and fair usage, please carefully read the following Refund and Rescheduling Policy.
By making a booking, purchasing services or products at the Garden, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy.
Article 1: No Refunds
The Garden does not offer any refunds. All payments made, including but not limited to entry fees, activity fees, barbecue package fees, monthly passes, etc., are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Article 2: Rescheduling Arrangements
If you are unable to visit on your scheduled date, you may request to reschedule, subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling Request: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original visit date.
- Number of Changes: Each booking may be rescheduled only once.
- Rescheduling Period: The new visit date must be completed within 30 days of the original date, otherwise it will be forfeited.
- Price Difference: If the new booking has a higher price, the difference must be paid; if the price is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
- No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice as required will be considered a forfeiture, with no rescheduling or refund.
Article 3: Bad Weather Arrangements
In case of bad weather, the Garden will handle as follows:
- Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning: If the warning is still in effect 2 hours before the visit time, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Affected customers may reschedule within 60 days.
- Typhoon Signal No.3 / Red Rainstorm Warning: Unless otherwise notified, bookings will proceed as scheduled. If customers choose to cancel due to weather, the rescheduling policy in Article 2 applies.
- Other Severe Weather: The Garden reserves the right to suspend operations due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds), and affected bookings will be rescheduled.
Article 4: Special Circumstances
The Garden may exercise discretion in the following special circumstances:
- Sudden Illness of Pet or Owner: Medical or veterinary proof must be provided to request rescheduling (still subject to Article 2).
- Garden-Related Reasons: If the Garden is unable to provide services due to facility malfunction, maintenance, or other reasons, affected customers may reschedule.
- Other Force Majeure: The Garden reserves the right of final interpretation and will handle on a case-by-case basis.
Article 5: Product Purchases
For physical products purchased at the Garden (e.g., pet supplies, snacks):
- All products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- If a product is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please notify staff immediately before leaving for an exchange.
